SUN ‘n FUN 2012 – Day 2

It’s Day Two of SUN ‘n FUN 2012. I’m David Allen, and I’m about to take you into the cockpit … of Other People’s Airplanes.

Today I just take you out near the show line and talk a little bit about what’s happening at SUN ‘n FUN Radio. I really do spend a lot of time there helping to get the content prepared for the audience.

I also talk a lot about volunteering at SUN ‘n FUN, and how that can enrich your over experience. If you have never volunteered at an event like this, you really should consider it. It is one of the most amazing ways to get plugged in.

I get a kick out of Sennheiser’s “Digital Adaptive Noise Guard” (DANG!). Maybe it’s because I live in Asheville NC, where Dang is a normal expression. Seriously, though, I’ve been a pilot since 1974, haven’t flown for a few years, now, due to optical migraines (I loose frontal vision for 15 – 20 minutes when they strike). While I haven’t had one in years, I doubt I could pass a flight physical because of that history. But I can still fly my MS FlightSimulator (FSX), and I can still enjoy seeing and hearing about airplanes. I hope to visit your website often and see what all aircraft you can strap onto your body.

Type some words. I will read them.
